Our VPN Service has been Upgraded: Safer and Faster Access

Modernizing our Remote Access (for employee and clients)

Our company is committed to IT security and operational efficiency; therefore, we are pleased to announce that our VPN system has been completely upgraded. Our new OpenVPN-based solution provides a more stable connection, higher-level encryption, and better compatibility across all devices (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS).

Important Change: With this technological transition, the previous VPN gateway is being phased out. This means that old settings and access credentials will cease to function. Consequently, all employees and partners must:

  1. Request new access credentials from our IT team.
  2. Install the new OpenVPN client on their respective devices. (details under Settings menu)

How to request new access? The pre-configured installation package can be requested via email at This email address is being protected from spambots.
